CWSG – CWL 1953 – 2010 Cuttings FRAGMENTS OF HISTORY

The items scanned here are, initially,  of several handwritten documents and then a significant number of cuttings from local newspapers and magazines (Corowa Free Press, Horizon – the CWL magazine, and Together – the Diocesan Newspaper). There are also photographs of some members taken from those publications. Initially, the Corowa Catholic women’s group was affiliated with the CWSG (Catholic Women’s Social Guild); not long thereafter they joined the Catholic Women’s League of Victoria and Wagga Wagga Diocese.
