The First Station:
Jesus is condemned to death by the unjust Judge, Pilate.
Let us pray:
“We adore Thee O Christ, and we bless Thee;

We contemplate the suffering of Jesus, King of Kings, unjustly condemned to death, as we pray:

Jesus receives His Cross
We pray:

because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.”
We contemplate the suffering and apprehension of Jesus, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Third Station
Jesus falls the first time
We pray:
“We Adore Thee O Christ and we praise Thee,

We contemplate the suffering and fragility of Jesus, as we pray:

The Fourth Station
Jesus meets His afflicted Mother
We pray:
“We Adore Thee O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.”
We contemplate the suffering and compassion of Jesus, for his holy Mother as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Fifth Station
Jesus is helped by Simon of Cyrene
We pray:

We contemplate the suffering and helplessness of Jesus, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Sixth Station
Veronica wipes the face of Jesus
We pray:
“We Adore Thee O Christ and we praise Thee,

We contemplate the suffering and gratitude of Jesus for Veronica’s kindness, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Seventh Station
Jesus falls the second time
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the suffering and increasing weakness of Jesus, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Eighth Station
Jesus consoles the women of Jerusalem:
“Weep not for me, but for yourselves and for your children.”
We pray:

We contemplate the suffering and compassion of Jesus for the holy women, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.
The Ninth Station
Jesus falls the third time – a complete collapse
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the suffering and total exhaustion of Jesus, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Tenth Station
Jesus is stripped of His garments
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the suffering and mortification of Jesus naked before the gaze of the crowd, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Eleventh Station
Jesus is nailed to the Cross
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the excruciating agony of Jesus nailed, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Twelfth Station
Jesus dies on the Cross
Kneeling, we pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the unspeakable suffering of our Saviour that leads to his death, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Thirteenth Station
Jesus is taken down from the Cross
and laid in the arms of Mary His Mother
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the death of Jesus and the sword piercing the soul of Mary, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

The Fourteenth Station
Jesus is laid in the tomb
We pray:
We adore Thee, O Christ and we praise Thee,
because by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.
We contemplate the suffering and compassion of Jesus who lived, died, and was buried for us, as we pray:
Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory be to the Father.

CONLUDING PRAYER
O Eternal Father,
I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity
of Our Lord Jesus Christ
in atonement for our sins
and the sins of the whole world.
