Early Days of Catholicity at Coreen
Coreen Church – St Pius X – Golden Jubilee celebration In 2013, the small country church of St Pius X at Coreen celebrated 50 years since it was built and blessed in 1963 by Bishop Henschke. The official celebration included a Thanksgiving Mass at 11am on Sunday 6th October 2013. Parishioners and friends of Coreen community and of St Mary’s parish enjoyed the event.
