Bulletin 8th – 14th June 2014 – Pentecost Week

THEME OF THE WEEK:

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GUIDING THE CHURCH

ENJOY A FREE E-CONFERENCE ON POPE FRANCIS!

Thought for the Week

Through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit we have the gift of Pope Francis who is leading the Church with fresh vitality.

e-CONFERENCE ON FRANCIS’ LEADERSHIP

As the Church rejoices in the joyful ministry of Pope Francis,  we should look carefully at ‘his leadership style’.  This is possible through the Broken Bay Institute E-Conference to be streamed live this week on Wednesday 11th June between 10.30am and 2.30pm at St Mary’s School Library.

BRING SNACKS TO SHARE

The programme is below. Bring some snacks to share and enjoy the exchange of serious discussions with others from our parish community – listening, reflecting and chatting about how to get the most out of what Pope Francis is teaching us. At the same time, we will become more resolute in praying for him in his difficult ministry.

DO COME

Come, and learn a little more about the Holy Father. …Bring a snack or sandwich to share. Tea and coffee available.

Register at the door on your arrival.
